Yeah Todd!!!!
Todd - Wow! Is there a spot on the team for a 63 year old former oarsman?

In high school we used to make up stories that began with "what if...". Never in a million years could I come up with a story as wild as this. Rock on Todd! I'm looking forward to the continuation of the SLOG.
Todd,
Love the blog and the photos. Hang in there. The Olympic dream is worth all the bruises.

Dear Todd - what a great beginning to the SLOG (very creative). A great idea to keep everyone informed (and to prove to some that you really ARE doing this???) You know I have some trepidation at all this speed and slamming into the sides, and even sliding on the sides---but beyond this I am thrilled for you, your excitement is obvious, and what an amazing and unexpected happening in your life. Prayers (many of them) and thoughts are with you---
Love, Mom
Dear Todd, We celebrate this new you. If you slide the Skeleton half as well as you write, and with as much humor, Wow! You are a winner. We cheer you on as we pray for your safety in driving, working, training and sliding. Take care and God bless. You are precious. Karen and Don
Go Todd! I think this is awesome and I am glad you made the leap. I look forward to following "The SLOG."

When we were five years old and two years old, respectively, in anticipation of Todd's future Olympic preparation, I pushed him off a bunk bed, onto exposed mattress springs five feet below. Needless to say there was blood and, needless to say, my brother was crying, blah, blah. In fact, he still has the scar next to his left eye to prove his brother's dedication to preparing him like a man for green bruises and a few cuts from ice. Glad all that brotherly preparation is paying off, bro. We're with you. -Older, taller, stronger, smarter, better looking.
